The Thornlie Square Shopping Centre is a newly developed modern facility which originally opened in 1970. The Centre had a significant refurbishment in 1987, then again in 2010.

The Centre comprises of a single level retail Centre with dual enclosed internal walls, each anchored by a supermarket - Woolworths to be completed in late 2020 and Spudshed.

The Centre is also supported by 40 specialty stores having a gross lettable area of approximately 14,583sqm and ample on-site parking for approximately 875 cars.
