The project falls under the Scarborough Redevelopment Scheme planned by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority(MRA).

The scheme aims to restore the area’s former glory, creating a vibrant hub of activity and new restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment, with a range of events and activities for families and people of all ages. According the their website, the rejuvenation is backed by $30 million from the State Government and a further $27.4 million from the city of Stirling.

The vision for the project was built a boutique high end exclusive apartment complex consisting of 17 units of various bedroom types over 5 floors, on a 1012sqm (R80) lot.

Further it was to achieve a 4 Green Star rating by design. All requirements were met and within the scope of the original Development Permit.
