Station Street, Subiaco

The Station Street Market’s Site is a ‘place-changing’ development within the MRA’s development controls, just North-West of the Subiaco Station. In early 2015, Taylor Robinson obtained Development Approval for this significant four storey development encompassing a Coles supermarket, a Target DDS and supporting specialty retail.

In addition, 6,000m2 of office space is provided on two upper levels, with multi-level basement parking below.

The development is designed around a new laneway linking Station Square to Hood Street and substantiates the redevelopment of North Subiaco as an activity centre, embedded around the station precinct.

Construction for the development has commenced and is scheduled for completion in late 2017.
