The shopping centre extension will provide the residents of Mundaring with improved retail choice, through additional retail choice at Woolworths as well as a new specialty retail tenancy.

A key component of the proposal is the creation of an urban civic space, that will provide the Mundaring town centre a go to place, or in contemporary urban language ‘place making’ for the people
