We are excited to be working once again with Daly and Shaw Building on Cygnia Waters; 16 boutique apartments in Waterford by Linic Group.

Designed by MJA Studio, the development comprises a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences and feature lofty ceilings and large balconies fit for celebrating with friends family. The kitchens are fitted with European cabinets, bench tops and Miele appliances.

While the interior design seeks to be an extension of the external elements by drawing in the native landscape, the outdoor spaces and communal facilities to ensure a symbiotic design throughout the residences.
