Re-establishment

A Boundary Re-establishment survey is the marking your land title boundaries on the ground. This survey will legally indicate where you, the landowner, have ownership and identify any encroachments from you, or your neighbours. As this is a legal survey, it can only be completed by a practising Licensed Surveyor.

This type of survey is conducted when a new home is starting construction, if there are any renovations occurring near any boundary lines or when a fence/wall is being installed or built on/near the boundary line. It is simply that; a re-establishment survey of your land boundaries.
