The Beach Shack Scarborough
Dubbed The Beach Shack, the development was inspired by the look and feel of its coastal setting in Scarborough.
In contrast to the typical apartment development, it incorporates natural finishes and a sweeping wave design as a major focal point.

The Beach Shack is also one of the few sites on the Western Australian coastline which nestles amongst the sand dunes.
Norup + Wilson Director Dave Wilson said the overwhelming support from the MRA was a significant achievement.

“This development is on par with all our other projects in regards to good design principles, high-quality finishes, low strata fees and advanced technology,” he said.
“We have also designed facilities which will be used extensively by true beach lovers including storage for surfboards and kayaks, outdoor showers and places to dry your wetsuits.

“In addition, our car parks offer a higher ceiling height to accommodate roof racks and paddle boards.”

Comprising 99 apartments across two buildings, other facilities include a sunset entertaining area, yoga room and games pavilion.

The Beach Shack has also been designed to maximise views, with balconies staggered down the length of the building.

The Beach Shack offers one, two three-bedroom apartments, with those located at the front of the development offering uninterrupted sweeping views
